- Provide support in the selection, negotiation and contracting of the Outsourcing service.
- Establish the desired scope, develop an RFP (Request for Proposal) and negotiate the contract with the chosen vendor.
Results:
We were able to consolidate all required services into a single outsourcing contract. This significantly improved the management, operational control and flexibility of the bank’s operation.
